What is the cost of services covered by my Long Term Insurance plan?
We accept private payment per contract agreement via cash, check, or debit card. Depending on your coverage and the services required, your Long Term care insurance plan may cover some of the costs. We suggest that you consult with your Long Term Care insurance provider for further details as these details are policy specific. We can assist with Long Term Care Insurance claims and document submissions to facilitate timely reimbursements at no added cost!
Can I choose the services I want?
Absolutely! You can pick and choose the services that you want and that best suit your needs. You are the client! We are here to assist you and refer to top quality caregivers for your needs.
Can I choose the caregiver looking after me?
Absolutely! If you are not satisfied for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible and we will work to match you with one of our many qualified caregivers that better suits your needs.
Are all of your caregivers Registered Nurses?
Our company refers to Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides and Companions.
To what length are your caregivers trained?
All of the Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides are state-licensed and current on their mandatory continuing education courses. They are all trained per Florida State Law requirements for registries. Caregivers are encouraged to continue further education and training in their respective fields.
What happens if my caregiver gets sick?
In the event that a caregiver cannot make it as regularly scheduled, we will notify you immediately to explore available options (rescheduling, canceling, sending an alternate, etc).
